Good Evening Dear Diary, A good day for weight control. I'm back to doing a calorie in calorie out approach. I was doing my low carbing, but I need a change, so I'll count calories for now. I'm staying right around 900 calories intake. I'm ONLY 5'3" tall and I'm 65 years old. SO for me to lose, this is what I need to do. Until next time Dear Diary. I'M THINKING THIN.....Marlene
