I did better yesterday and stayed right on the diet. I have started drinking coffee once again and for some reason that helps with my appetite. It may just be in my mind, but if it works, hey! I didn't get in 10,000 steps yesterday. However it did work on weeding my flower beds for about an hour and a half. I can do this. I have also started with the rule - no food four hours before bedtime. I normally go to be around 10, so that means i need to get my shake in by 6. Writing everything really seems to help too.
