:) did a bit better today

ok, I gotta get harsh here and please take it with a grain of salt. please understand I'm not saying things to gripe at you but to really get you thinking. as an example, if you're going to have a cinnamon roll in the morning have 1 cinnamon roll not 3, and you can't follow that by 3 protein shakes or or bars they are meant to assist you in watching what you take in, if you look at the back of a lot of them you will find some that's a one bar is equal to 2 servings so if you're eating 3 then you're actually having 6 servings and that is really not good for you., also when you're having pizza you can't have the 8 slices that I saw you had logged, you need to cut that back to 2 slices., and if you're still hungry after the 2 slices, find something healthy to eat like a piece of fruit or a small box of raisins or a handful of nuts. I'm not trying to criticize you I am trying to give you some helpful advice. We've all had our ups and downs and going through a lot of garbage in our lives as far as our weight, we are only trying to help you as well. One of the primary things you have to learn and adjust yourself to is cut back on the carbs (pizza crust, cinnamon rolls, breads, potatoes, rice etc), try to only eat healthy fats (yes, they do exist), anything cooked in fats and oils, and ALL DEEP FRIED is a no-no. Again, not trying to criticize but trying to show you the things that are healthier for your body., I know personally, been dealing with and struggling with my weight since I was about 9 years old and I just REALLY started focusing on eating better no matter how hard I tried in the years past I couldn't do it either and it took me a very long time to finally figure it out and get on track. Until I came to FS I really felt that I didn't have the support to focus and do what I had to, so please don't think I'm b*** at you, but at the same time, if I don't who will. Not saying anything about everyone else but sometimes you need to get a rude earful to get the big picture. YOU CAN DO THIS
