I got a good nights sleep last night, and with that my workout in this morning. I've discovered that I need to work on my push-ups though. A lot of my workout today involved push-ups and I had a really hard time with them, my arms were so wobbly. I've never been very strong in my upper body. I'll get better I'm sure, but I found myself having to go to my knees to get the last reps out, at least I kept moving. The plus side is that I'm not nearly as sore today, I can actually straighten out my leg without cringing.
It is chilly here today, only supposed to get to 60 with wind and we've got baseball tonight, so I'll be taking my blanket. I know I'm a wimp, I don't like chilly weather. At least the sun is out today and it's not rainy.

Pushups are one of the best exercises ever! I used to HATE them (I had NO upper body strength at all) and now I love them. Just keep pushing (no pun intended..lol) and they WILL get easier. A little mental trick that works is just think of pushing the ground away...that's all you're doing ...just pushing the ground away. And, make sure to keeo yur core really tight and squeeze your booty...makes it a little easier as well Good luck!! :)
