For the first time in a long time I've worked out nearly every day, ate well and drank all my water. Gained weight? COME ON FOLKS!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

that's how it seems to work for me often too. don't get too discouraged. with this will come a week where you eat like crap, miss a few workouts and mysteriously lose 2 lbs.
