I think I did really well yesterday and I am doing my best to overcome the chocolate craving, just bought sugar-free chocolate and caramel candies. Had two last night, totally satisified my craving. I am really full after bfast this morning, but it will hold me over until after our workout. I weighed myself this morning when I first woke up and I was at 194, lowest I have seen in awhile, not bad. But I dont know if I should count it....we will see what happens tomorrow. Must be good today and the whole weekend, minus my cheat meal. I need to measure my body because I can tell a difference from working out.
