So since I allow myself 1 cheat meal a week, I had my cheat meal yesterday since we went to a party and there were tons of pupus and libations. I had a drink, and some pupus. I was happily surprised that the cheating wasnt really that great. Honestly my stomach actually hurt this morning because it has become so immune to GOOD foods. But I had a really gopod run this morning so I am feeling better.

The same thing happened to me. The first cheat meal I had made me feel ill. Now, I end up either skipping my cheat meal, or saving it for something really special...what are pupus?

You know, last night, I ate a pizza with regular cheese (I've been eating only soy cheeses), and my stomach hurt afterwards! Kinda nice when your body is used to healthy stuff, though, huh?

Pupus is a Hawaiian word for appetizers, if I'm not mistaken.
