Weight down two pounds this morning, but I'm not going to record it since it was after being sick yesterday (and expelling most of my food through vomiting and diarrhea). I THINK I'm feeling better this morning. Went to sleep at 7:30pm last night and got up at 6 this morning. Don't think I'm going to go to church today "just in case" I'm not over whatever this was. Eating my Flax Muffin Pancakes now, and I'll see how they do on my stomach. Hope everyone has a blessed Lord's Day!
