I've never really liked salad dressing (too bitter) so I've started slicing grapes or other fruit and spearing the bite of fruit then the salad so I have a perfect salad- fruit slice ratio on my fork. It's weird sounding but super tasty! Anyone else hate salad dressing? What's your trick?

I don't hate dressing but I do something similar. I chop up the salad into smallish pieces, and put in everything that I have in the fridge. Like, lettuce, cabbage, dried cranberries, oranges, pumpkin seeds. That is my latest salad. I might put some parmesan cheese tomorrow per serving. But the trick that I use is to dress the salad with a measured amount of dressing, usually 1 tablespoon is plenty. I love dressing though.
