I was trying to wait until the 1st of February to really weigh, but, my clothes were getting looser and everyone was telling me how much they can really see the loss, so I just HAD 2 get on the scales...oh well...I suppose that I can still weigh every week, as long as I keep my monthly goals.

Speaking of monthly goals, I don't think I'll hit mine, (170 lbs by Feb 1st) but that by no means, means to quit trying to reach that number anyways.

I'm contemplating having a cheat day on Valentine's...but I'm feeling a little wary of this...I feel in my heart that I should just go on as planned and not cheat until I hit 150.

What do you guys think? I highly value your opinions!!!

Sorry for not checking in like I usually do, I have been swamped with college and work...and getting my exercise!!! I have missed you though!!!

I would urge you not to "cheat" until you are at goal (or very close to it). Cheating can easily backfire on you and lead to more cheats and then weight gain. Remember that in order to be successful long term you must change your eating/food habits for a lifetime. Follow the plan and learn what you can or can't eat in the maintenance phase when you get to that point. I think that you will find a great deal of variety available. Once you are at goal it's okay to (very) rarely have an off limits food provided that it doesn't totally derail your good habits. Good luck with this. Also, way to go for keeping exercise in your busy, busy schedule!!

Don't forsake exercise to come visit us, nor schoolwork. We totally understand. About the "cheat day" thing. I think I've decided for myself that they set me back WAY too much. I am not having another one until I reach my goal. I have resolved myself to that. I am restarting Induction tomorrow to get back on track 110%. You can be my "NO-CHEATS" buddy if you want.
