Down another pound!!!! NEVER 2 be regained!!!

Every pound counts...right????

Starting a new thing tomorrow...going to eat breakfast every single morning and see how it impacts my weight....

Hopefully it'll help. I'm not a breakfast eater really. I'm so get up-and-go in the AM...sigh...at least I found an easy, tasty alternative to cooking a huge breakfast every morning...since I don't like to eat in the morning....well we shall see...
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week

I make a low carb protein drink/smoothie almost every morning. It only takes me a few minutes and then I sip it while I get ready for work. It fills me up pretty much until lunchtime. Breakfast is very important and can help to keep your metabolism from slowing down. This is from a former devout breakfast skipper!! Keep up the good work!
