Takes me two days to get over treat day. Ugh. Smaller treats!!
198.4 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As they’ve already said - still a loss. And to be fair, could you be so careful of what you eat most of the week if you weren’t going to have a treat day at some point? Have a great weekend!

That’s exactly what I’m doing Yasmine,..find that I’m only losing 4outa 7 days but its still working,abeit slower 😊👍

Aw thanks ya'll. I have been pretty hard on myself, getting frustrated with how slow it all feels. I did good really, a pound a week is more than what I should be hoping for! I feel better.

You look miles better too. Don't get too frustrated though, I had the same where I was only dropping a little every week but it seemed to right itself all of a sudden, it started coming off again in meaningful amounts. Also, look at all that weight you've shifted already, it's bound to slow down as you get slimmer. I I lost 2 stones in the first 3 weeks but I'm lucky to shift a couple of pounds a week now, just keep on doing what you're doing and it'll come off in it's own time.

That still leaves five days losing weight. :) As for smaller treats, just have the plate further away - looks smaller. Well done!

Haha thanks GPH. I was having like pizza and dessert and all that on one day. Well I just stick to the dessert yesterday!
