MEL1955's Journal, 30 May 2012

I started March 12 did really well for 8 weeks lost over 20 lbs and then got sick with a cold then flu. Totally fell off the wagon gained 9lbs in 4 weeks. This should have been my 12th week on regimen. Really discouraged. I am starting again today. Did my walk. I am hoping that joining this group will help keep me centered on my diet and exercise program.
