I didn't weigh in today and I think Im not weighing in until Saturday. I want the 180's to go away!! Starting weight lifting in addition to cardio on Sunday. I will probably see my weight go up at first, but hopefully it will go down pretty quick. Cant wait for Salmon with apricot preserves and crushed pecans tomorrow for dinner. MMMMMM. I'm tired of chicken. I going to post my last weight until I leave the 180's. Then I will celebrate! Peace and love to everyone. God bless the poor people in Florida.
