What a difference a day makes. Feeling much better today and decided to even step on the scale. I was pleasantly surprised. I did a strawberry/raspberry heavy cream and ice smoothie this am for breakfast. What a nice change. Braving the snow today for the gym. We got about 10 inches maybe a little more. We live at the bottom of a ridge of small mountains and tend to get a little more than the nearby areas. Excited for the day! Thanks to all who helped me out of my pity party last night. Very kind on all of ya! May everyone have success today and peace in their day. ✌

Not weighing in today because I've been down for two days. I have endometriosis of the uterine wall and the pain is just horrible! Couldn't cook, exercise or do much of anything. I wish at age 52, God would just say....Ok, she has had enough and I'm gonna just end the monthly visitor. But noooooo, it just keeps coming. Gyno said I must have young ovaries. I didn't think that was very funny.😕 So I'm doing some laundry and ran the vacuum a little. Trying to get off the couch to make dinner today. I feel really bad about missing the gym! Just when I had some momentum going. So more ibuprofen and soup for lunch. Gonna try and help my husband dig out my mom from the snow and use the snow blower to clean her driveway tonight. Positive Mental Attitude for better day tomorrow and getting back to the gym! As always I wish everyone great success today on their journey. And peace in their day!

Did a surprising 6.6 miles on the bike today. 35 minutes of alternating sprints on level 6 then resting at level 1. I get a much better workout like this than just a mediocre speed all the way thru. Leg and foot a little swollen tonight because I've been up and down the stairs all night doing laundry. Stairs are getting a little easier but still much nemesis! I keep thinking I'm gonna fall. Just don't trust my leg and foot yet. I'm steadily gaining more confidence and wanna try more. But I'm gonna stick to my schedule as it has provided positive results thus far. Don't know what I'm gonna do after surgery. Maybe upper body weights for 6 months? Someone will have to wheel me in to gym. lolol😅😆🤣😂

burger on a plate with bacon and cheese salad with radish, pepper,cukes and onion! Saved calories today for this one!
