Today's picture is near the port of Seward. That is where the cruise ships dock. :)

Thank you guys for all the support. It seems I've gotten beyond the panic/anxiety setback! Hurray!!

I haven't posted any weight loss readings because I haven't lost any weight in the last 10 days. I've been trying to figure all of this layered process and can't seem to get the juggling act down. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost weight since the original 4 pounds in the beginning.

One of my problems seems like an odd one for someone with 80 pounds to lose. I don't enjoy eating. I have a history of not eating all day and eating one meal a day. I've changed that, but haven't hit on the "magic" combination to lose weight. Cutting out carbs, etc. for blood sugar stability has me eating an average of 1000 calories a day (protein and raw veggies because I can't stand cooked ones...it's a texture thing). I probably need to eat more than that.

There are so many different approaches to weight loss that I am totally confused and admit to being frustrated. Keto, low fat, high fat, low carbs, etc. etc. I suppose it's trial and error to find out what works for me, but I would certainly like to see a pound fall off somewhere along the line.

Beautiful photo - amazing - I love it! Took me a while to find out what works best for me for weight loss. I've had the most success with just counting calories. I eat some fat, some carbs and make sure I get adequate protein. I try to keep my sugar to a minimum. That's it really. I've not been very good this month though but I keep trying!

I have the same problems with texture on cooked veggies. So I eat salads and stirfry mainly. LOL And since I have a background of hypoglycemia that led to insulin resistant diabetes I am now a brittle diabetic. 🤷🏻‍♀️I CAN lose at 1000-1200 calories and 20 net carbs per day with strict keto keeping my water intake up at 64-100 oz per day and my salt and electrolytes up (magnesium needs to be up at 400mg a day or higher or your body can’t flush toxins. And you only absorb 2% or so of most magnesium on the market but the liquid ionic which tastes like crap.) 🤪 The protein I’ve been told by my doctors should be at leadt 50g /day on average from all sources and can go up to 100 or so but no more than 30/ meal as my body won’t process it. So saying all that, I most of the time eat 1300 cal or more and maintain my current weight eorking slowly down the last 25 pounds of my 150lb initial goal. I have been stepping my body down for the past few years steadily, hoping to keep it off and change my way of life. Many of my weight changes were induced by health issues and I am loath to be there again. 💁🏻‍♀️Water, electrolytes, salt, and timing all seem to make some difference in how it comes off for me. 🙋🏻‍♀️Good luck on your journey!

YAY! Glad your getting better. I know how bad anxiety is. My son deals with it as well. It's horrible. Keep on track because you're doing great. 😄💗
