After fasting yesterday I feel great this morning! Let's do this!! I'm off to a good start today, one day at a time...despite being up 5lbs from my last weigh in, I'm feeling confident again. I've got a doctors appointment in a few weeks and I'm disappointed in myself for not really changing anything from my last visit 6mos ago, but I'm hoping if I'm really good the next couple weeks my visit won't be as bad as I think. It definitely won't be any worse!
