I will weigh in today and tomorrow on FatSecret, then I am going to weekly weigh ins on Tuesdays. Cutting out all the processed foods really had made me feel better. It is amazing. Will I be able to keep those comfort foods out of my life for good? I would like to, because I feel some much better w/o them, but there is something to be said for convenience when you work full time. I will just try to plan better. I would also be doing it for the better for my kids, too!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's not easy when you work and have kids. I know, I was there. I'm retired now, but I still remember joggling meals with my son and my mother who lived wit us. You will make it thru and you will be better for yourself as well as your family. Keep up the good work.
