For some reason, I got extra hungry @ 3am. So, I ate a snack/breakfast. Then, by the end of the day, I had ventured into 36grams carbs. UUGGH! Plus, this "paleo" bacon that I purchased at Wholefoods was disgusting. Even the cats turned their noses up to it! I won't be buying that again.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 February 2018:

36 is not high carbs, you actually eat up to 150 and sill remains in keto. also you can eat regular grass fed bacon trans fat are actually good for you when coming from a grass fed source

also if your having hunger cravings you might be depleting too much calories off your diet.

I will look for grass fed. Does Wholefoods carry it? Unfortunately, I tend to fall out of ketosis quickly. I did just drop my KCAL from 1500 to 1200. MAybe I should bump it back up! Thanks!

Yeah whole food carry it, also if you bumping off keto easily with such low cabs, watch your protein intake. If over eat protein the body will start converting some of the exes protein into sugar in a process called gluccogenesis
