I'm not sure how, but I gained 2 pounds. My carbs (actual not net) have been under 20 since I started this journey. The highest was 18.61, but the rest have been between 7.20 and 14.16. My calories are usually half of the 1800 I can have, between 624 and 1600.
The only thing different was I've started drinking mineral water and I walking (slowly) on the treadmill - 2 mph for 10 minutes. Surly those two things can't make me gain weight? I'm not giving up, I'm just curious.

Are you eating enough calories? Sometimes not eating enough will prevent weight loss??

I agree with momma6224. if you're a woman your body is more effected by calorie shortages (scare food= brain to kick in hormones to prevent weigh loss, as to survive famen conditions) I think 1200 cal a day is the lowest recommended intake. plus you could be gaining muscle which is great. I've been told when in doubt start taking measurements. or you could be like me and weight fluctuates a couple pounds here and there

Nope, definitely male. Over the last 21 days I've been below my suggested calorie count except 2 days. Five days in the same time frame were under 900. I've never been over in (actual, not net) carbs. I got close a couple of times (19.41 & 19.83) but the rest ranged between 6.01 and 13.28, averaging 12.66 carbs per day. I have lost 31.5 inches (over-all) since starting Keto, but it's just recently that I've gained without cheating. I'm not giving up. Thank you for your support.

maybe it is time t modify your diet.
