So started eating bad Saturday nite. Then Sunday morning wanted anything with carbs and sugar. Gained 2 lbs. now Monday am back on track.
188.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
