Soooo I weighed in this morning and I was the same. I believe my body has gotten used to phase 1 foods and no matter how I restrict my calories, it just is not allowing me to lose anymore. I actually had better success in the past with losing weight by eating whatever I wanted and watching calories. So I have decided to abandon south beach for the moment and see if I do any better with my old calorie counting and basic healthy foods. I'm keeping the basic principle that i learned from reading the book but I think I need to take a break from the strictness and allow my body to have some foods it really misses...like fruit...haha. I'll let ya'll know how I make out.
