Breaking fast today. 72 hours, made it. Hours 24-30 was the worst.

Once my body kicked in after hour 30 or more, I was wide awake at a time I needed to sleep. Managed To get in 5 hours, but couldn't sleep had sooo much energy, I was cleaning house while everyone slept at 4am..lol

I made BPC and a blueberry, cucumber, spinach, kale smoothie to break my fast with and then have dinner plans laid out already. Chicken Enchilada bowls, keto of course.

I am not even "hungry yet" I had the void feeling which so many of us think, that is hungry, but when your body is hungry and when your mind wants something to do and you used food , are very differnt things.

Well update later...have a day to get on with...
