522am..half hour later from the start to first journal entry...good Thursday morning...due to lack of motivation at this time...no morning morning ride/trainer...after 5 days...body says..no..

on a brighter notr..over 15,000 in steps in 3 days...half way to that 26x ches...

suppose to get to 39 today..plan is to get an outside ride in....and hopefully a walk as well...keep adding steps..kep building up the legs with different workout...

already have salad for later made...drinking coffee..just trying to get more woke up...one of them...i can't get my eyes to fully open..

well..its a short one today..its like that when your tired...have a great thursday...
