Ok, so I am going to try to get this going again. The good news is that I really haven't gained any weight. I have had an interesting time the last 6 months with two surgeries and such. Trying to figure out menopause and all. I know that I really need to get a handle on my weight and my health. We have been having fresh juice every morning and not eating out hardly at all. Which is good. Very little fast food. I will be trying to keep track every day and I hope that I can get focused and healthy again and as a by-product loose some weight!
I can do it!!
