This is very slow going. I am upset that Marcia can drop weight easily when she cheats and I struggle when I don't do so. I even joined a gym and work with a personal trainer. Well, this is a new low weight for me. I must get to 195 by the cruise since that would be a weight similar to what I was after nutrisystem when I felt really good. I still need to lose more after that, but I am patient.
205.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
