Recording everything and eating correctly is a lot more difficult when not at home. With everything that has happened this week and traveling out of state to stay with my parents, it is harder to maintain my eating habits.

I miss my scale but I've weighted stuff enough that I'm getting decent at eyeballing serving sizes of my salads and such. I need to get to the store and pick up my own foods for while I am here.

It has been a very emotional week and I also don't have my scale so I can't weigh in this week until I get home, which will be several days late. I miss being able to check daily to see that I'm going in the right direction, even if my official weigh ins were only once a week.

I'm having a ball with my grandsons though, despite the stressers of my brother and my ex-husband's car accidents.
