Oh noes! Up a little today 221.2.

In the mysterious weight situation, not too worried about it. I got called into work last night at 10PM, and drank a lot of water later than I usually do, plus I did not sleep well. Had a few bites of the kids noodles too, mainly veggies. 219, I'll c you next Tuesday!

Got up at 0545 for my epic bike ride of the week! In true training form, I have been riding like 45 mins or an hour a few days a week, with one long ride on weekends. I am right where I need to be at this time, hehe.

Took off this AM with a map plotted around the city, on the north end by the airport. I thought it was 17 Miles, turns out it was closer to 13. I guess my mapping was in kilometers. It was a good thing, 13 miles and an hour 15 was just right for me today. It was cool @ 85 degrees, low sun, and VERY WINDY. I rode into the headwind taking off thinking "At least I will ride home with the wind!" It was very incorrect, the last 4 miles was me heading into the wind, up a bridge, towards home.

I feel great now! Had some toast and eggs once I cooled off a bit. I drink so much I get a tummy ache on my rides, and feel like hurling. Its too easy to drink with my 100oz camelbak, but in this country I dare not venture without it! It could also be the electrolite mix I use (Camelbak Elixer), switching to Nuun next week hopefully if the box comes.

Ooh, my legs are sore!

Well, today is indulgence day, and we are off to the market to get some high quality treats. Not much planned for the weekend. Invited to a cookout tomorrow, but probably not gonna go.

I find sodium content from the previous day really impacts my weigh in...we bought the kids a trampoline for their birthday...so my exercise might get much more fun!! Later.
