Good morning everyone who might be reading this. I had a great weekend - super busy so I didn't have a lot of time to post or make cool food pictures. I did get to indulge in some amazing Hawaiian food (a friends food truck was just down the road from my house) and satisfy my craving. I did behave and stay with in my limits - so I didn't go totally off the reservation with the food. the upside is I did finish our kitchen project with installing the last cabinet and getting some of the mechanicals sorted out. The end result is we have a beautiful kitchen to work in and we love to cook. this effort just made for long days and stretch the limits of meal timing so I ended up feeling a bit wonky (some really achy joints) by bed time. This whole blood glucose thing is just so odd in how it can effect everything. I am hoping that everyone had a great weekend and has a great week.
