Happy Monday. Scale was the same this morning despite working my butt off this weekend and taking a long walk at night. Going to have to figure out if this is a plateau or what. More water, I guess, bigger movement, meaning move like I'm going against the clock all day, once I'm off work, of course.

More water yes depending on how much you drink currently, I would agree, key is when to drink it. First thing in the morning I drink at least 1 bottle before I get up. then before each meal, after coffee or tea, after each meal and two hours before I go to bed! Glad I'm retired don't think this is possible for people that have a job! Good luck Sweetie!
