My goodness am I on the hunger path! T.O.M. stopped by and I swear he is trying to make me a carb junkie! I feel under better control today and hopefully this feeling passes!

You can resist!!! Son of a gun came to visit me last night just as I was finishing at the gym lol. Been fighting the carb urge all day but I'm gonna do it!!!
