I was so discouraged this morning, I had stead (3oz) for dinner AND an after dinner snack. I was so sure I had just ruined my progress for yesterday but instead I popped my 135 bubble that I was having a hard time getting past. Yay me!
134.5 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
