Today at the gym, bench pressed 245 lbs, did a set of 6 reps, a set of 4 reps and a final set of 4 reps. On the Incline, I did a set of 10 reps at 205 lbs and a set of 10 reps at 185 lbs. I did 3 sets of 10 reps of crunches at 190 lbs. No mile today on the treadmill, but I did a mile on the Elliptical in 6 mins. Also still on a mission with my pushup challenge, going well.
