Today progress was earned at the gym. Took my reps up on the bench! At 245 lbs, did a set of 6 reps, another set of 6 reps and a final set of 4 reps. On the incline, did a set of 10 reps at 205 lbs and another set of 10 reps at 185 lbs. Finally, did a 12 minute mile on the Ellipitical and 30 crunches at 190 lbs. Also I'm maintaining well with my pushup challenge, I'm up to 40 pushups in the morning and evening, by next week, mission should be complete.
