Been quite a busy week for me, so really unable to work out as much as I like too. Will be turning it up a notch and working out now that my husband has a abandoned me to work 3rd shift. Besides that, I think I will even be more ambitious because I will have time to myself and of course the kids. YAY!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My hubby works overnight and luckily for us it works great. He sleeps while the kids are at school and can pick them up when they're out and I drop them off in the a.m. before I head to work. I workout before work mostly, so then we have family time in the evenings before he goes to work. I'm sure you'll do well! Good luck!!
