The last 3 days I’ve been doing three 30 minute workouts, not necessarily because I want to but it helps with boredom. So instead of eating to pass time, I hop on my treadmill for 30 minutes then later do a 30 minute yoga session with my kiddos.
Lately it hasn’t been raining, so my 4 year old and I have been walking to pick up my older 2 from school rather than driving. Small changes but I’ve already started noticing my yoga pants getting a little looser and I’m walking faster and going farther. The best part is seeing my 7 year old being able to button her own pants, her pants are fitting a lot better.
Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I started changing my whole lifestyle, I should say “Our” because it isn’t just me doing this. So many great changes, so much happiness and I’m just so blessed to have such a positive obsession!
