Started fasting this week doing the 16-8 plan. So far so good. Looking for a sustainable eating plan. Keto only seems to take you so far. Want off the roller coaster ☺
265.0 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
