Happy Tuesday FS'ers! Got a good sweat session this morning, even though I really didn't wanna get out of bed. Unfortunately now, my allergies have given me a decent headache. Feeling positive about my progress these last few days. Down another 1/2 pound or so this morning and I stayed under my RDI yesterday. Time to make some breakfast, pound some water, maybe some coffee and get on with my day. Hope everyone has a great day!

I feel that it gets easier to get out of bed to work, as we progress in our journey - but it's not always too easy to convince yourself that it's a necessity. I'm proud of you for doing it. Hope your headache disappeared quickly.

Keep up the great work! A little sinus meds, or a nice ice pack, should clear that headache up-good luck! I'm in the same annoying boat there!!
