I have a bad cold or bad allergies. FBS was 150 this a.m. - maybe because I am sick? I really wish the scale would move. My other blood sugars yesterday were excellent, however.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
