I've recently come to realize that I am "skinny fat." In that my BMI is now in a normal range but my body fat is still considered overweight (at 32% body fat). Which means I am still at risk for developing complications with my type 2 diabetes even though I lost 15 lbs.

So now I have thoroughly researched how to maintain and gain muscle mass and I realize I do not get enough protein in my diet. So I will be implementing a gain week every months so that I add more muscle.
