Almost a month and I have really gone to therapy which has helped with my binge eating. Sometimes a breakup can be a real wakeup call to focus on yourself and better habits.

Nothing quite like a breakup to motivate me to get back on track. Now that I have more time in the week and less stress it's a bit easier to eat healthier.

After forgetting my diabetic medication (Metformin) on Monday I had a ravenous craving for carbs. My resulting binge caused me to gain a little bit but I still dedicated myself to the gym yesterday. Overall small setbacks, I believe, are part of the journey as I am slowly gaining muscle and losing fat.
