After a rough day yesterday, it was very nice to weigh in and see 2 pounds gone! Granted, it is probably water weight from being sick yesterday, but I'll take it!

You're right, Patty! I claim it! AND...I'm off my second diabetes med as of yesterday. No more Metformin! So, two down and two more that will take some time. I got a note from my Diabetes nurse who is very proud of what I'm doing and has offered her help in titrating off the insulin as I go. :) Hurray!
