Day three seems to be the day my body realized I've changed the way I eat and decided to protest it.

I got up this morning feeling okay. I took my daily meds without a problem. About an hour later, I started feeling nauseated. I tried to ignore it, but it kept getting worse, so I lay down for a while. I dozed a bit, but the nausea was worse when I woke up.

Later in the afternoon, I went in to use the bathroom and lost my fight with nausea. I felt less nausea after I threw up, but still not great.

My terrific hubby made me my standard "flu" food...chicken rice soup. I managed to keep some Sprite Zero down also.

I'm not discouraged. I knew there would be adjustments to changing so many things that have been routine for a couple of years.

Tomorrow is another day! Right? By the way, sugar free Popsicles are the best!

Oh dear, Taking medications on and empty stomach is not a good ideal, My Doctor always advised me to eat something before I take my medications. That could of been why you gotten sick this morning. I sure hope you feel better tomorrow. God bless!
