Splitradius's Journal, 21 May 2012

This weekend I was completely lazy and un motivated, but I did go to the gym sat morning. I need to start being more productive on the weekends. I might start making to do lists with reasonable time goals for things I want to get done. If I wake up and just be lazy then I end up being lazy all day and eat like crap as well! Breaking old habits and forming news ones is difficult but I need to start making choices and understanding what the consequences are for them. (If anyone reads this I'm just kinda rambling now) I did NOTHING all weekend, my place is still trashed, I ate like crap, I didn't work on my quads. Now I have to eat stellar, to try and make up for the weekend. I need to go home from work clean house, and eat right for dinner. My quads still need work this week so I can order parts. If I am motivated Tuesday with my quad, I can order parts that night and maybe they'll arrive Friday or Saturday so I can finish that one and start on another. Also I would really like to get at least one of them running very, I would like to go for early morning desert rides. Beat the heat and its a great work out. Double bonus just for being motivated!
