Made some new goals now that I'm feeling better.

On synthroid for 4 weeks and some of my energy is back. Will do blood work in 2 weeks to see if this is the right dosage. Chills have mostly subsided, but I'm still chilly. Energy is not where it should be, but I don't feel like I need to rest after every little task any more so it's back to trying to get this weight off.

20 pounds by Aug 14 - that is 13-14 weeks away. I want to make some good inroads before our trip to PA mid-June.

Goals this week:
drink more water - 2+ of the purple water bottle
get to the YMCA 3 times or more for measured walking/riding or maybe rejoin a class
walk 2-3 days in the morning - take synthroid then walk while i wait for the hour until breakfast
179.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
