I had my first "cheat day" in three weeks where I didn't count anything yesterday. i didn't do horribly but I also haven't lost in a couple days. Some of it may be due to not drinking as much water when I'm home on weekends or running around vs. when I'm at my desk. I have to learn to take water with me everywhere. I'm back to logging today. :) Happy and magical Monday to you all! ✌✨
