just starting off here - a new experiment for me - keeping a food diary, that is (have tried tracking exercise and weight with mixed results)
basically I have added roughly 5 pounds a year for 15 years - last year was flat or even slightly down - weight fluctuates within a 10 pound range but seems to keep inching higher - so now I want to reverse that trend -
