I just got in and grab me this snack, and a 12oz cup of water with 2 capsule of apple cider vinegar. My carbs Intake today is under 20 net. Have a good night everyone.
This kind taste good, I purchased them at Aldi, and on the box it says only 2 carbs, on our FS app it's has 17 carbs minus 5 fiber = 12 net carbs.

It does say per serving on the package. They show you a picture of a serving suggestion. It looks like it's not the who bar. It looks good by the way! We don't have your kind of food in our country! If we order it, it costs too much!
