Not following diet at all. Forgot drops on Friday. Took 1 set on Saturday and nothing on Sunday. I am going to try to take them everytime today. We will see how this goes.

Here my stats as of 5/15 compared to 2/15 and 3/15:

2/15 3/15 5/15
Waist 54 51 52 up 1, total down 2
Thighs 27-3/4 26 27 up 1, total down 3/4
Arms 16 14 14 same, total 2
Hips 51-3/4 49 52 up 3, total up 1/4

This isn't horrible but it's not good.
237.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 102.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm the same...started out SO well the first two weeks and back to the same old same old...blow out on the weekends! Still have lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks but need to get back on track...it's just so hard...we go out 5 nights a week...How do you keep it to 500 calories when you dont know what the restaurant is doing to the food? I cant keep starving myself...I'm so tired on 500 calories...
