Disaster.....in the future no sweet potatoes or anything carby. I am going to need to remember to eat clean and stay at 1200 calories. I did refuse to eat two desserts which I think I should be proud of myself. No Chocolate delights until I can get this to resolve.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
